Tasting Notes: Elegant and discreet, with a nose of white flowers, night blooming jasmine and honeysuckle. The mouth is fresh and citrusy with hints of bitter almonds and honey

Obeideh is a revived ancient native grape variety.

Operating temperature: 16°C. Better if decanted.

This wine has a rich structure that goes perfectly with goat cheese, fish meals, raw fish, tartare and rich salads.
