Winemaking & Tasting Notes

An aromatic white wine with notes of pineapple, guava, white peach, quince, lime peel and a pinch of white pepper. On the nose hints of guava, mandarin, grapefruit & pineapple with a touch of white pepper. The palate emphasizes the citrusy/tropical character.

A blend of Viognier and Sauvignon contributes to a medium bodied wine with great freshness and a long fruit finish.
