These are beautifully complemented by barrel-ageing aromas such as coffee liqueur, liquorice and mocha. On the palate, a clean attack followed by an elegant roundness with concentrated, velvety tannins. Pleasant finish with fresh acidity and a subtle touch of fine oak that continues to evolve in the glass.
