These grapes produce exceptional wines. ADYAR choose to bottle Monastère de Maad as a single varietal. The only Tempranillo wine bottle produced in Lebanon. Its rubis red color is of notable intensity and luminosity. On the nose, it releases aromas of cherries and spices. In the mouth, its round and well balanced savor stands out with mainly macerated fruits. It's an elegant wine with a highly agreeable wood presence.
Goes well with cheese and Spanish food.
