Eraz is an assortment of red, white and rosé wine that tells you the story of the impactful eras witnessed by the Latourba territory.

Eraz Rosé wine holds a symbol of a celestial natural agricultural source that comes out from some ancient seals from Carthage and the near east in general. This seal made its trip from Phoenicia to Carthage, to Tunis, to Egypt, to Cyprus… An era moment of travel time of the Phoenicians to the ancient world affecting all sort of civilizations where it passed by.
Grape Varieties: Syrah (70%) & Gamay (30%)
Vineyard: Bajaa’ land – Estate – West Bekaa Valley – Lebanon
Soil composition: 20% slope, Clay, stone
Altitude: 950m
Yield: 10.000 kgr/ha
Vinification: All grapes sourced from our private owned vineyards. Early morning harvest (5 am; before sunrise). Handpicked, bunch and grape berries hand sorting. Small sized fermentations (< 6tn of grapes) in stainless steel tank (selected yeast).
Annual production: 4 000 bottles

Tasting notes: Intense aromas of black cherries, strawberries and liquorice. Refreshing acidity, rich and fruity palate with a long aromatic aftertaste.
