Vinification: Classic red wine vinification at temperatures of 25-28ºC. The wine is matured in French oak casks in our cellar for 12 months and 6 months in bottle before release

Tasting notes: Deep red colour with purple hues. Aromas of leather, prune, dark forest fruits and tobacco. Earthy texture, full-bodied palate with vibrant acidity and powerful.
Consumption: 3-15 years+
Food pairing: Beef steak, sausages, pork belly, beef tongue, beef burgers, meat cooked in red sauce.
Serve at: 16 -18°C
