Plaisir du Vin
Plaisir du Vin	The "Plaisir du vin" is a dry red wine with a pleasant acidity that balances perfectly with some very fine tannins. A medium bodied wine that reminds us of red fruits. An impressive length.

Harvest	Totally manual harvest with only the optimal quality grapes used
Maturation	100% stainless steel
Aging	The wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 6 months.
Serving	Best served at 14 – 16°C
Decanting	No decanting required prior to savoring
Winemaking & Tasting Notes	Deep red colour. Nose of dark forest berries, with cedar and tobacco notes. Excellent balance, harmony, and length.
Food Pairing	Red Meats especially Hamburgers.
