A bleeding for some 6 hours, for the must and colour extraction! Clear must racking; Tank fermented, at low temperature average 15˚C to 17˚C, mild filtration and stabilisation, very low sulphur content

Robe light pomegranate, rose syrup, beautifully fresh and vibtant ! Nose Aromas of freshly picked strawberries, rose petals, confirming the robe. Palate very appealing, light body, balanced acidity, fresh and peppery with lively crisp, mineral… consistent body, reminiscent of red cherries, texture and lasting juiciness
4- Serving Temperature & Hints
11˚C to present better its tannins/ acidity structure. Every day/ season wine, very pleasant aperitif
