Maturation for 24 months in new Bordeaux barrels, French oak.

Cherry red, brilliant color, with a ruby glint. What a mesmerizing smell! The hints of sweet spices perfectly combined with wild fruits like blueberries, gooseberries, or even blackberries. Thanks to good ventilation, a smokier and toastier flavor is ensured. This on point mixture renders the wine incisive and intense, effortlessly. The tannins are still somewhat firm, but heralds a great potential for aging. The finish is spicy, and its persistent flavors guarantee a long lingering aftertaste for your own pleasure.
