Tasting notes: A seductive nose of ginger, pomegranate and white pepper. Lush blackberry and plum greet you on the palate, with a dash of crushed black pepper. Dry, full-bodied with fresh acidity and firm tannins, this wine is elegant, long and as spicy as we like our lives to be.
Perfect service: Decanted and served at 18°C
