When we bought the building that is now the chateau heritage winery in 1997, the first vines that we cultivated were in the vineyard next to the winery. What we cultivated was a vineyard of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Obeidi. These vineyards are watched over by the statue of Saint Elias the patron saint of our winery. Now, 20 years later we decided to ferment the grapes of these vineyards with oak staves and the result was an amazing white wine we are extremely proud of. |

The Saint Elie White welcomes you with a golden-yellow color, bright and clear. A pure and intense nose of peaches and pineapple with fine spices. A dry white wine that is both round and fruity. A mouth that reminds us of pineapple and peaches with fine notes of vanilla. A well-balanced acidity that leads to an impressive length. |
