Tempranillo 100% (9.000 vines). For a total quantity of 3.500 bottles
2- Winemaking
A bleeding for some 6 hours, for must gravity crushing and colour extraction! Racking of clear must; Tank fermented, at low temperature average 15˚C to 17˚C, mild filtration and stabilisation, very low sulphur content
3- Tasting Notes
Robe Light pomegranate, rose syrup, pinkish gooseberries dress! Nose Pink grapefruit & skin (zest!), lichee notes… very seductive bouquet! Palate Very appealing, light body, balanced acidity, fresh and peppery with lively crisp, mineral… revealing the sunnay rays of the Bourdaï hills
4- Serving Temperature & Hints
11˚C to present better its tannins/ acidity structure. Every day/ season wine, very pleasant aperitif. Also a great companion by the swimming pool!
