1- Grapes: Varietals – Blend
The Mediterranean Blend Style by excellence! Agiorgetiko (from 5.000 vines) with 20% of the must, Mourvèdre (7.500 vines) 35% of the must, and Tempranillo (9.000 vines) remaining 45%… For a total quantity of 15.000 bottles
2- Winemaking
Tank fermented, at 26˚C, medium to short maceration average 14 days, with early autumn Malo-Lactic, mild filtration and stabilisation, very low sulphur content
3- Tasting Notes
Robe Intense purple with a blue- violet fringe, clear, medium to light body Nose 1 st nosing gamy, mineral, with sumac hints; 2nd nosing red fruits, cherry notes & blackcurrant… Palate soft tannins structure, fresh with a sweet to bitter balance, very elegant attack, complexity and a great value for this young vintage!
4- Serving Temperature & Hints
16˚C to 18˚C present better its tannins/ acidity structure. Every day/ season wine, still very pleasant as a medium red summer glass. From a red aperitif to first courses companion, would really surprise the experts’ palates.

Recommended for some 20 min

Lebanese hot mezzé, pizza (with cold cuts, chorizo…), red pasta sauce, mild cheeses, white flesh grills…
7- Aging Potential
4 to 5 years in a cellar, to witness a good and continuous evolution
