Robe Light green yellow with gold hues Nose Ripe pineapple, white pepper, very neat and fresh, zesty, evolving from exotic fruits to citrusy notes. Palate Harmonious, white stone fruits flesh, flowery, with clear minerality, a crisp character
4- Serving Temperature & Hints
9˚C to present better its acidity structure & gras. Every day white, very pleasant aperitif, as a medium red summer glass. Starters excellent companion

Lebanese cold mezzé, pizza (with veggies, goat cheese…), white pasta sauce, light cheeses, white flesh grills
